So next time you visit the Philippines and your driver is passing cars at 100-something kilometers per hour on a cliffed dirt road with no seat belts and a piece of your jeepney’s metal bumper just fell off – you need not worry because this is probably where Dela Cruz’s undeniable skills derived from.
